Is it possible to handle support requests coming from WhatsApp on Zopim? Is there a way to connect WhatsApp Business to your Zopim account?
At the moment it is not possible to integrate WhatsApp to Zopim. As stated in the Integrations page, it is not possible to integrate the live chat tool with direct messaging applications such as WhatsApp.
On the company website, there is no information on any future plans to release the integration and it is therefore necessary to use alternatives to integrate WhatsApp within your customer support channels.
